Murder accused injured in exchange of fire with police in Sambalpur
Sambalpur(By Abhishek Mohanty): A murder accused was injured in an encounter with police in at Khandual under Dhanupali police station in Sambalpur district on Tuesday.
The dreaded criminal Mohammad Samad was to VIMSAR in critical condition.
Samad sustained bullet injuries in his left leg.
Samad had allegedly stabbed a youth to death on Monday night.
A pistol, ammunition, and a bike were seized from the spot.
There are more than 15 criminal cases registered against Samad.
