Odisha Rural Development department employees to remain present in office for 7.5 hours a day
Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): The officials and employees of Odisha Rural Development department will not be able to leave the office before 5:30 PM. It has been made mandatory to remain present in the office for at least 7.5 hours a day.
In case of a breach of attendance is found, disciplinary action will be taken.
A notice in this regard has been issued by the department, directing employees to reach the office by 10 AM. If the attendance time is less than 7 hours, it will be considered half a day. If the attendance time is less than 4 hours, it will be considered one full day of leave.
