REVIEW CUM ORIENTATION MEETING OF NSS PROGRAMME OFFICERS HELD

Bhubaneswar(31/08/2023): A review cum orientation meeting of National Service Scheme (NSS) programme officers of 12 districts of Odisha was held on Thursday The districts are Bhadrak, Ganjam, Gajapati, Koraput, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Puri, Nayagarh, Nabarangpur and Khordha. It was coordinated by NSS Bureau,CHSE Programme Coordinator Dr Biswa Mohana Jena. N.B.Khuntia, ETI told about different activities of NSS. Sarita Madam, Regional Director intimated about job prospects of NSS and youth development. Dr Ramesh Chandra Behera,SNO cum Deputy Secretary highlighted about fund transfer relating to PFMS. Chairman Aswini Kumar Mishra spoke about how to get national award and what are the activities for it to get. As many as 83 POs and 10 DPOs and ADPOs participated in the programme. Secretary, CHSE Subhrabala Behera motivated all NSS POs to work more and more on various social themes. Vote of thanks was given by DPO, Khordha Dr Jayashreebala Mallick.
