Silver ornaments worth 65 kg seized from Rourkela station
Rourkela(05/12/2024): In a major seizure, the Government Railway Police (GRP) has confiscated silver ornaments weighing over 65 kg from Rourkela railway station in Sundargarh district. The seizure was made from Chandan Kumar, a resident of Ranchi. He was waiting to board a train to Ranchi.
The GST department has detained Chandan and initiated an investigation into the matter.
