KUNCHINDA BANDH AFFECTS NORMAL LIFE
Sambalpur (21/12/2023): Normal life was affected in Kuchinda Sub Division of Sambalpur district on Thursday due to a 12-hour bandh (6 am to 6 pm) called by the Kuchinda District Action Committee. The strike is being observed to demand district status for Kuchinda. Most shops, markets and other commercial establishments remained closed while vehicles stayed off the roads. However, emergency services have been exempted from the purview of the bandh.
