Leak detected at Telengiri Reservoir

Koraput (14/11/2024): A leak has been detected at the Telengiri Reservoir in Koraput district's Raniagada area, potentially affecting 10,000 hectares of agricultural land in Kotapad and Borrigumma.

The leak, located 100 feet below the sluice gate, was reported three days ago. A team of experts from outside Odisha will arrive for repair work.

The reservoir's water flows into the Indravati River.
