Woman gang-raped at Gopalpur beach

Berhampur (By Abhishek Mohanty ): A woman was allegedly gang-raped at Gopalpur beach at Berhampur in Ganjam district on Monday.

Berhampur SP Saravana Vivek informed that the incident had taken place on June 15 evening. Seven youths have been detained by police for interrogation.
Ten people from Hinjili area are involved in the crime.
The accused tied up the victim's male companion and sexually assaulted her. 
The victim has filed a complaint in this regard at Gopalpur police station.
